Debt settlement is working in every state. And alas probably the financially handicapping problem for the typical US consumer is high interest bearing credit card debt. We have hit a record high with consumer credit card debt. So many people cannot even manage to pay their monthly minimum payments and have been slipping into default in schools. This will tighten the credit crunch and obliterate people’s finances completely once and for all.
